Every Everglades Jig is completely hand crafted from the ground up. The process starts by taking a laser sharp XX strong American made eagle claw saltwater cadmium plated hook. From there we take the highest purity lead we can obtain, we melt it down and pour it into our custom molds. After everything is hardened we are ready to customize our new Everglades Jig.
The Everglades Safari Edition are completely hand crafted and Painted, starting with a high gloss, baked on powder coated jig head. The tail material comes with a durable fish hair or polar flash holographic.
Every Everglades Jig is made with some of the most durable tail material on the market today. You will always have your choice of either the highly popular fish hair, which performs in all types of conditions, such as sharp rock, reef edges or common sand sea bottoms. Our newest material is the famous Polar Flash Holographic tail. This stuff is amazing, it will always add that reflective flash that fish just cannot resist.
Tying The Everglades Jig is an art all in itself. It is wrapped 12 times and then a additional 8 wrap knots followed by 2 separate dabs of glue. The tail is then custom hand trimmed to perfection.
